Additional information

How we protect your data

Our website is protected with Godaddy Security tools.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the event we are hacked and our Membership Email Lists and their names are compromised we will send an Email notifying our Members we have changed their Passwords, or that they should change their passwords. We do not store financial records like Credit Card Numbers! We have no problem with our members setting up an Email Account with Yahoo, GMail or MSN to use on this website. This way our members can consider that Email Account a Spam Email Account. We do ask that our Members mark us as SAFE in that Email Account so our Emails are not sent to the JUNK/SPAM Box!

What third parties we receive data from

Our Website is a WordPress Website and it has several Plugins. All of these entities send and receive data for various reasons. They take the gathering of data seriously and are not engaged in activities that could harm their reputations. Google is in everyone’s devices. We receive analytical information from them on a regular basis. Facebook, Twitter and the likes, should we place a link for them on this site may also send us data.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We may install and use PHPList for our Email Service! We have complete control of PHPList as it is loaded into our Hosting Account. We may, at our discretion set up automated email deliveries.
